The timelines for each portion of the project are as follows:

  • Meet advisor – within 7 days of receipt of application
  • Assessment – within 4 weeks of all documentation received
  • Interview – within 4 weeks after receipt of the assessment report
  • The decision of Evaluation Committee – within 4 weeks after receipt of the interview report

These timelines may slip if the applicant is unavailable for the interview within the stated timelines in
which case the timeline will move in accordance.
